Hi,
I have a queen size latex mattress that I trimmed to fit my new full size bed. It is about 4 years old. Last time I moved I saw a big tear or slit in the middle of the mattress where the men had folded it. I thought it would sort of heal itself when it was on the bed. Lately I feel like I am sleeping in a valley. I can’t see it but I feel that the sides are higher than the middle. Would you say I need a new mattress or can the mattress be glued together? It is 8 inches. How much would a replacement cost? I live in Mesa, AZ. Do I have to come to the store? I would have to find someone to drive me there. I don’t drive anymore.

The most common cause of this happening is a faulty boxspring rather than the latex mattress. Check to make sure your mattress is on a solid foundation, not boxspring. Without seeing it I can’t make a recommendation beyond that. Latex can be easily glued with spray foam adhesive.
